Please someone tell me why Copenhagen is so expensive :’)
We were only here for TWO days but it was enough to do some damage to the budget.
Some notes:
– Transportation was our most expensive category at $170. We took an overnight train from Hamburg, Germany that cost $122. Then we purchased a 48-hour Copenhagen public transit pass that was $41
– Our second highest category was lodging at $164. There were not a lot of budget options for lodging, ours was $82/night which was on the cheaper end of options available to us.
– Third highest category was food at $150
